Why it matters
Parts are half of a repair
A repair is labor plus components, and the component decides how long the labor lasts. On a heavy truck that calculation is unforgiving: a marginal part on a suspension or brake system does not just fail, it fails under load, at speed, with freight behind it.
So we buy from lines built for commercial duty, and we tell you what is going on your truck before it goes on. If you want an original equipment part rather than an equivalent, say so at write-up and we will price both.
