When to stop driving and call
Some symptoms are worth stopping for immediately: overheating, low oil pressure, a transmission that slips or bangs, steering or suspension problems, and brakes that feel wrong. Every mile driven on those conditions risks converting a fixable problem into a catastrophic one. Pull over somewhere safe and call (904) 683-6707.

Can you arrange a heavy tow for a loaded tractor-trailer?
Yes. Heavy recovery takes a different class of wrecker than a standard tow unit, and we coordinate the right equipment for the weight and the situation. Tell us what it is, whether it is loaded and where it sits, and we will handle the logistics.
Should I drive it if it still moves?
If the symptom involves temperature, oil pressure, brakes, steering or the transmission, no. The tow is cheaper than the engine. Call us and we will help you judge it.
Can my towing cost be reimbursed?
If you have AAA or a towing addendum on your auto policy, often yes. Submit our invoice to them, and check with your insurer about adding that coverage if you do not have it.
