Suspension Repair
Suspension is not comfort equipment on a loaded truck. It keeps tires planted, freight stable and braking distances honest, and it wears slowly enough that most drivers never notice until we show them.
Mechanical & Driveline
Tire cost is the tell
Worn bushings, weak springs and dead shocks show up first as a tire bill: cupping, feathering and shoulder wear across an axle set. On eight or ten steer and drive tires that gets expensive faster than any single repair. We inspect the whole system, show you the play, repair what measurement condemns, then align so the new parts hold their geometry.
Jacksonville bridge joints and port approaches are honest suspension testers. If a loaded truck started riding or tracking differently, something changed underneath it.

Springs, air and structure
The failures repeat: cracked leaf springs, worn hangers and shackles, broken U-bolts, deflated or leaking air bags, failed height control valves, worn kingpins and torque rod bushings. We repair them with the fabrication capability to handle broken hangers and mounts in-house, and we torque and measure to spec because a loaded truck's suspension is a safety system first.

Questions we hear
Straight answers
How do I know if my shocks are worn?
Bounce that keeps going after a bump, cab pitch under braking, cupped tire wear and a loaded trailer that walks in crosswinds. Shocks fade over hundreds of thousands of miles, so the change is too slow to notice day to day. Inspection settles it.
My truck leans and the air ride will not fill. What is that?
Usually a leaking bag, a failed height control valve or an air supply problem. We diagnose the air system in order and fix the component that owns the fault.
Do suspension repairs require an alignment?
Any repair that touches steering or suspension geometry should end with an alignment. Skipping it spends your tire money to save a small step.
